I learned in grade school that The Hubris and Egophrates were the cradle of civilization. It's somewhere in Iraq, I think.

I am amazed at the number of people running for our city council this time around. Maybe they've all come to the realization that the money is in govt. not in the public sector and want to get a piece of it?
