That has never been determined in any venue where Intel can present a defense. I know it kills you guys but it's easy for a politically appointed bureaucratic committee to find someone guilty when they can withhold evidence and deny Intel the right to a defense.

And it doesn't change the fact that Intel has had its share of oopsies. Everyone does, despite what you want to pretend.

You're the only one who seems to be struggling with this. Good companies can make money when not all of their swings end up as hits. Can you name a company that bats 1.000?
