Skeeter,

Do the oligarchs also own the governments in UK, and Germany, and Ireland, And Switzerland? Because the banking system had to be rescued pretty similarly in all those countries.

Or is it that, the banking system is an extension of the power of the state, and keeping it private is one way to get more efficiency from it. But at times, the state has to rescue it anyway, like a parent taking the responsibility for a child's mistakes.
