We have the same deal here............local paper that sends a reporter to all meetings. Channel 21 for 24/7 viewing. I always read the council minutes for their entertainment value, but I don't have a clue who is participating in graft, if anyone. I have never read a story in my little weekly that talks about it, and believe me.........the editor is a friend and would know and report about this kind of stuff if it was going on. And if it was..........the perps would be run out of town. The people in this area don't put up with that kind of thing. Not to say it isn't happening behind the scenes. Or maybe I need to look more closely at who is getting the jobs and why?
