Luis, Ken & All...

Well, by now, I'm sure most everyone has received their proxy statements. For the record, I had no reservations on any items put to vote, except for authorizing new shares for employee and board member incentive programs. Although in the end, I voted in the affirmative for all items put to vote. If this is what management says it needs to be successful, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. As time moves forward from here, we'll find out if our confidence is well placed or if changes are necessary.

Hopefully, early November will be the start of a new beginning for Caprius, Inc. Our merged company will be well funded, focused on its market, and the leader in its field. Fewer shares outstanding and higher prices should attract more traders to the stock. Further announcements regarding strategic partnerships, new employees, and the establishment of additional imaging centers are likely to follow soon after the merger is complete. If all goes well, we should see a significant strengthening of our share value and prices within 2-3 quarters.

My best of wishes to the management and employees of ANMR and MAMO, soon to be Caprius!

Regards,

Warren
