(Anyway, 'begin to remove' is not exactly the same thing as 'remove'. <g> One could truthfully claim that we are well underway with our reductions in Iraq... merely waiting until the elections in February, for which we have promised to provide security. But we have already pulled back from the cities, and summer sees the big pullout from Iraq begin in earnest.)
