I grew up hearing "If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well." Either make the decision to succeed at whatever needs to be done in Afghanistan or get out. A half-ass effort produces half-ass results. If you can't protect our boys, if you can't protect us - which is the number 1 job of the president - then resign and admit you're a failure.
