Mike, I'm the first to admit your qualifications over mine, in retrospect, I could've had the firms' representitive be more definitive. In the context of our conversation, I took it as 'insured' against illegal shorting of a BB stock under$3, since I had given him my reasoning behind requesting my certs, So they couldn't be shorted, Pugs
