Perhaps you need to send someone of your chosing, whom you can trust, to use the discretion that YOU would use, on subsequent ballots as your proxy holder at the meeting. Sean, I have a question you and other shareholders should ask yourselves. If there IS a BT deal, and IF IT was known in MARCH of 1997 when the press release was made, and IF it is the end all and BE ALL that you all hope and pray that it is, ISN'T it with that INSIDE KNOWLEDGE that your trusted fiduciaries, known as the board of directors, took what was an act not in the best interest (under this hypothetical), of the shareholders, because under that hypothetical, $0.50 & $1.50 was still a very fair strike price for the warrants, but which in fact they reduced to a strike price of $0.01????????? How long ago did I try to raise that issue?
