Wally: Thanks for the acknowledgement. Since I first arrived on this thread, a lot of good information has trickled out on FNTN and the mosaic appears to be coming together very well as many points have been expanded upon or clarified by company management. Again if you read between the lines, just as you pointed out: "Do you think their "partnerships" extend beyond delivery structure and into financial support?? I would suggest you take a look at VOCLF and IDTC for potentially omparative situations. Both these companies shares were beaten up pretty badly and then as things started to come together for them, all of a sudden they are being feted by some of the biggest names in the World as their shares began exploding higher. Deutche Telecom took a 20% stake and injected some $30 million into Vocaltec as they continue to court other relationships and IDTC formed joint ventures with Cable and Wireless and then Worldcom and more recently Marubeni and Samsung.(I believe)

If FNTN has already formed strategic relationships with Siemens, Worldcom and S&P Comstock as buisness begins to roll in at an accelerating rate it is bound to raise a lot of interest, especially if blue chip names start signing on.

I think investors who bought into either Voclf and / or IDTC were probably totally surprised by the recent announcements of both companies as were investment professionals and the investing public at large. Their share have since benefited further by the re-assessment of value of telephony and communications companies following the Worldcom bid for MCI. All this certainly concentrates the mind when one begins to contemplate the possibilities for FNTN

Tomorrow could turn out to be a strong day for the market and FNTN as mkts are beginning to stabilize following the "abberation".

Wally, just adding, I think you nailed it as well by highlighting something that many observers have overlooked: "Public Need". This appears to have been borne out by the initial month's business already written and the strong interest already expressed for the product range.

Good night
