This is reflected in some of the failures of the GWB administration. Of course, the Obama administration embraces incompetent foreign policy, so Obama failures are his own doing more than ones resulting from interference from Europe.

Are you kidding. Obama is actually doing things that make sense. Bush invaded the wrong country and spent a $trillion doing it.
