His rhetoric has been empty so far. In many cases he isn't even starting to do something about the rhetoric, in others its almost impossible to do so, so yes I'm on pretty solid ground about Obama's rhetoric. It could turn out a bit less empty then it seems now, but there is no way that much of it won't be fairly empty.
