SURG was up 19.18% as it closed at its intraday H.

Volume of > 143,500 was about 3x its ADV

The stock still needs to close above its June 19 H of $1.80 <g>

SURG had rescheduled the release of its 4thQ results. It now plans to release the results after market close on Oct 28

SURG reported lower revenues and earnings on the 3rdQ, but the preceding 3Qs had reported good results.

SURG is trading close to BV. It makes microsurgical opthalmic instruments and consumables for both opthalmic and neurosurgical applications.

The stock is starting to get off from its longer term DT coming from its April 2006 H at $8.78 and on a close above $2 it seems it could test the $3 level.<g>
