Memo to Ms Huffington:

The time to get legal help is before you go to settlement. Got it??? Before.

The best way to stay out of foreclosure is not to buy a house you can't afford.

Denninger keeps harping on the notion that most Americans don't have a grasp of the basic....like compound interest, mortgage amortization, etc. I think he is correct. At least they could set the applicants down with an Excel program and tell them to generate an amortization table before they close. Can't do it??? Sorry , no loan.
