Don't understand. The company assets have been liquidated.All that remains is a publically owned corporate shell. Any assets that remain are hidden and unknown to the Trustee.With the smell the name SEXI now conjures up in the market place I doubt that anyone would want to acquire this shell and keep this name in circulation. It could be bought and used as a vehicle to take the acquiror public without going through the SEC rigamaroll and then change the name.This routwe to going public can save the promotors a lot of money and time as opposed to the more usual SEC IPO route.
