Ranger Mike, when I was riding bikes in Idaho, I lost my bill fold which contains all my stock picks. Now I know which Ranger found it but failed to turn it in.

Seriously, ORCL is really a slam dunk. I can't find much weakness anywhere and yet the price is at bargain basement. Nothing that I have read on this thread convinces me otherwise. After last qtr's earnings release, Ellison said he expects business to be good this qtr. For the type of product that Oracle sells, I think they are a lot more predictable than the new winnie beanie toy for this Christmas. For the CEO to make a statement like Larry did, I don't think he is shooting from the hip.

Further more, if you look at last qtr's release, a traditionally slow qtr for them, they did very well. They are in the early stages of a new product, heading into the strong earnings years for their flagship.

CA is a great company also but it is pricy. SUNW is probably one that I would put in about the same position as ORCL.

Stay warm.
