So the $1.3bn paid to the EU last month was a kind benevolent donation to a fine superstate ? It's true, it's true, Intel really is the kind caring company you say ! ;-) I see you are still confused. The $1.3B was paid to an escrow account pending the outcome of the appeal where hopefully Intel will be allowed to present a defense. Bizarre as that might seem to you, some of us would like to hear Intel's side of the story for once. Perhaps you would prefer we simply take the cow's word for what happened between you and the sheep? Bbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh........
