geithner isn't telling us the dollar ink is green - we already know that - no sales job required! he tells us the dollar is strong *precisely* because it is weak. he has to *sell* it.

as for massive looting - if it wasn't them, it would be someone else. this is *always* the end game.

simple opportunity seems to play a big role in the looting - and someone, somewhere will *always* have an opportunity.
