On the face I would think they have a good case, the malfeasance at those type of govt entities is ongoing, and if the plaintiffs win the treasury can just keep the printing presses rolling and extra few minutes and crank out those $billions.

It is filed in the US Southern District Court of New York.
It depends on how the legal doctrine of sovereign immunity is interpreted by the court, and will be appealed for the next 20 years, from both sides.

So, nothing will happen, it will be a punt.
