Contradicted by hearsay from people who weren't involved in the negotiations. Again, the cow says you abused the sheep. The sheep say nothing happened but their testimony is withheld. Intel would like to put the people on the stand who were involved and get their testimony but the EU, and you, don't want that to happen because getting the true story from the people involved isn't what this is all about.

I'd be interested in seeing if those Dell Documents had anything to do with INTC indemnifying Dell for their INGR problems.
