He is incapable of doing the job. The only decisions he is able to make are those that further his pre-set agenda:

Bow to Arab kings
Apologize for America
Kiss up to the IOC
Serve beer
Hire ghostwriter (at Michelle's suggestion)
Vote present
Ride in helicopters and 747s
Hire czars to implement a leftist agenda
Nationalize as many industries as possible
Put U.S. on an equal footing with 3rd world countries
Set spending records
Redistribute the wealth
Tax rich people

Beck made a very good point at the end of his show today. Obama is having way too much fun while Americans are dying. Should this guy be out partying? Thought there were all sorts of tough decisions to make. Hope he is not back on weed. That would explain the procrastination.
