Dale, mostly short-term tbills and selected shorts...
AOL... adding on rallies to short position. Short CSCO, YHOO, PAIR, waiting a bit more for DELL (again). November SP puts did okay, still sitting on a bit more.

My best guess is that the c - - - - wave hasn't happened yet. Tuesday was just a signal. Most EWavers are calling us in an a-b-c pattern, but I like an alternate that says we're in a series of 1's and 2's down. "Big 3" has yet to unload. Are you doing much with SPX futures or Dow Diamonds? What has your experience been?

Gann had some great insights into volatility as a signal. I have found Gann's rules to be golden. He would have said that Tuesday clearly showed the main trend to be bear now. The new mantra should be sell the rallies.
