RW, > How many dogs are vandals? Speaking of which, there are way too many dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs. One dog owner even claimed that she doesn't have to pick up after her dog because she pays taxes and therefore she can just leave her dog's poop lying right there on the public sidewalk. This was after she was confronted by a concerned citizen who then wrote an article in the local paper's OpEd. I felt like finding that woman's home address and leaving her a very nice dish of dog poop on her front porch. Tenchusatsu
