The DTC has put a 'chill' on RMIL. DTC CERTIFICATES for RMIL=0!!! LIQUIDATED!!! Don't let these guys get us side-tracked. WE HAVE THE FLOAT COVERED! THE DTC HAS NO MORE RMIL CERTIFICATES!!! THE CARTEL IS HOLDING!! The TA will be putting pressure on the MM's , the MM's will be pressuring the shorts to cover. WE ARE WINNING!!! SMARTIN, THESE GUYS ARE 100% IRRELEVANT! I agree. There is an interesting essay by George Chelekis, that outlines the stages of the pump and dump. It's a handbook for understanding the "pump and dump" operations. Sounds like your correspondent was rationlizing a bit, on the issue of Kugler, that is.
