Bruce, if tmmi pays dividends, I'm outta here. I don't have ANY dividend paying companies. They start paying dividends when the cobwebs get thick.
My read on the news is that there's more meat here but don't get too excited about the lawsuit baloney. By baloney, I don't mean that it won't happen. Instead, keep your eye on the target: revenues, profits, etc. Lawsuits take years and aren't worth putting the fortunes of a small company on. (I know, mom, don't end a sentence with a preposition but I couldn't help it. Sort of.)

Today's buying was the usual collection of si folks. It's the follow thru next week that will determine if others take the release seriously. Regardless, it's a step forward and I'm glad to admit it. But it's still not the whole deal.
