AME: buyout scenarios and major shareholders.

I too hold both NGD and dabbled recently into AME based on the messages here. THANK YOU!

Here's a question that may help me decide to buy more AME: Does anybody know anything about major AME shareholders and/or management's thoughts of a buyout scenario?

If they'll "roll over" and sell for a ~30% premium over recent stock price I might "yawn". If I knew they were holding on for a huge windfall or tough negotiating position because they know they've got some "good stuff", that's different.

Thanks again for generosity and wisdom on this board...
