I have Vista 64 and it's a mess. I'm hoping that Windows 7 will fix all the freezing, crashing and other problems that I've experienced with Vista. If W7 turns out to be a bomb, I'm going to switch to Apple.

What fun. The last thing I want to do with my PC is spend hours in fixing things.

Well, W7 comes out next week. I expect my upgrading in early to mid November.

By the way, I worked for a tape and disk drive company. DEC Sringfield was our biggest tape drive customer. Never had much to do with IBM.
