That's because RMIL is an OTC stock and the money needs to be in the account at the tradeing time, if not the trade is rejected before it can leave your brokers sytem.


Not true, I have bought many OTC stocks through a lot of brokers

BancOne Security
SouthWest
Merril Lynch

Just to name a few.
It all depends on your broker.
So now tell another one.

I buy I have bought rmil in my account cash account with no cash available and paid for it 3 days later.However, In some online accounts the cash must be on hand before you can enter the trade.
