Jeff, I have always appreciated your work on the ALYD. Reading your posts and my own dd convinced me to buy at 11+. I am starting to feel really nervous about the Y2K sector. I like TPRO because they have a business besides Y2K and claim that their core business will grow over 50% because of new clients gained because of Y2K work. Unfortunately the future of other companies is much more unclear. I know that these companies will begin to make real profits over the next two years. Here is what makes me nervous. What happens if investors don't give y2k companies high PEs. What if their concern over revenue drying up after Y2K has a real impact. Especially in this nasty market, I think investors are starting to not desire to pay high PEs. If investors take a wait and see approach for high PEs based on forward earnings after the Y2k, the profits that people expect to make may be much smaller than hoped for.

Any thoughts,
Dan

Jeff >> CSGI <<

Unfortunately you just happen to leave out the fact that ZITL's automated approach was based on "packed binary". BIG DIFFERENCE

1. CSGI does both Windowing and Field expansion

2. CSGI has proven that their toolset works. The Millennium contract was tested and proven to work and be error free. This code was put back into production.

3. CSGI has filed for a NASDAQ listing. biz.yahoo.com As you are well aware, ALYD has been trying for months to get on the NASDAQ, these listing issues often take longer than first thought.

Pat Kemmer
----------
President of Millennium Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) of Columbus, Ohio

''The ConSyGen Toolset cataloged the code into a database, analyzed the code, provided us with a variety of reports, gave us the opportunity to address each date occurrence, and allowed us to set the rules for final conversion. Once established, the ConSyGen 2000 toolset automatically did the rest.'' Kemmer continued, ''Once the cataloging was completed and the rules established, the conversion itself took only a matter of hours.''

Marge Davis
-----------
Project manager of Benefits Administration Systems for Motorola

''ConSyGen's toolset gave us a detailed listing of missing source code that was instrumental in helping us to complete quickly our part of the project. After ConSyGen had received the complete set of source code, it was amazing how quickly they were able to convert approximately 500,000 lines of source code to be compliant for the Year 2000. We look forward to a straight-forward and trouble-free testing of the converted code.''

ConSyGen recently completed a pilot project for MOTOROLA,(#23 on the Fortune 50), This pilot project is expected to lead to revenue producing contract. exchange2000.com

I was right about the fall of ALYD and I will be proven right about my opinions on ConSyGen. There are announcements that will come that will show that this company will be a major player in the Year 2000 conversion business.
