I called DTC about this matter. DTC does not take with shareholders, but I
was able get from the person the following information.

CHILL = DTC does not HAVE a certificate in that amount for the requested
company to process and send to the Transfer Agent.

My take on this is this!

SHORT SQUEEZE time..
Demand Delivery of those CERTIFICATES. Your broker/clearing houses must
come up with the a certificate for your request. There is not if and or
buts in this matter. There is no RMIL INVENTORY at DTC that can be
converted at DTC to NAME form. This came from my broker, as I am online
with them as we speak. My broker called their vault who just called DTC in
the matter and got this information!

YOU MUST DEMAND for delivery of the shares!!!
The shorts must start to cover!
Call those Brokers, demand the certificates.

I called the DTC, And was informed, in fact, the inventory of RMIL very
well may be LIQUIDATED. There is a definite 'chill' on RMIL certs. I will
be getting a definitive answer @ 2-2:30 Chicago time. My broker was p.o.'d
I called there myself, I had to get the participant# from him , etc.....but
screw it, I want those certs and its' my gut feeling, and we'll know for
sure this afternoon, that THE SQUEEZE IS ON!!! BLITZKREIG on course!!! Pugs

Shareholders must remember that the FIRST shares to sell in a short squeeze
are your NON-certificated share.

The last ones to sell are the certificated shares. The shorts can only
cover a request with a certificated share. Them buying non-certificated
shares will do them no good...

The MM's do not want to raise the price over 2.1875 (2 3/16) and we have
had major buys at that level. They are attempting to keep the lid on the
price as we speak...

I'm not selling ANY RMIL until my proper shareholder value is reached.
