Re: Any projections for when AMD will break even or are you
just pretending this doesn't matter anymore??!!

Abu Dhabi has decided that if AMD makes huge losses in each of the next 25 years, it will re-evaluate whether to continue to fund said losses.

Meeting adjourned until 2034.

Oil's back almost to $80 per barrel - maybe they need to build 2 big FABs in New York instead of just one. Gotta do something with all those dollars....

If Intel gets away with extortion (we'll see how the trials work out), maybe Abu Dhabi will copy Intel's policies:

Dear Mr. Dell,

If you'll agree to exclude other CPU suppliers (you know, like the deal you did with Intel, earlier) we'll rebate 95% of the cost of your CPUs and fund a $100 per PC retail buyer mail in rebate (limit one per household) for PC's that use our CPUs.

VTY,

Oil Money

Mahmoud:

Intel lost money in Q2 after being fined by the EU. It likely won't be the last loss posted by Intel in the future.
