<<Any other thoughts how management handled the call and how they are doing in general.>> <<He was very measured and cautious in what he could divulge..almost as if they had a Dorsey and Whitney lawyer sitting next to him and kicking them if they said anything off the script <g>.>> Kerry, After listening to the call, I came away with the same perception... that Ken H & Co were very/extremely cautious. After all, pending litigation, what else should we expect. For me, there were times that "what was NOT said" was more important than what was said (i.e. after a few questions there were numerous pregnant pauses followed by statements like "we're enthusiastic, but due to NDA we couldn't tell you anyway" or "it's almost impossible to talk about." I got the impression that these men have come in with a very difficult mission... and that they are providing the necessary purpose, direction and motivation (leadership) for the Company. I have no reason to doubt their integrity or expertise. They have a vision, a great product, and several markets where they "don't want to just give you a set of numbers... we're not sure how big it's going to be." As you have said repeatedly--"TRADERS and MARGINers BEWARE!!!" However, in a 5-10 year timeframe, ANCOR clearly has the potential to outperform MSFT, INTC and even DELL. Statements like "we're partnering" with Emulex and Bull ("in there, complementary with them") and "don't confuse list price with OEM price" (reference Brocade) gave me confidence. So did truthful revelations like "AWACS is open to grow or stop." They aren't hiding anything--I think my (and some others on this thread) have unrealistic expectations for information. Bottom line... make your own decision... I took advantage of this recent downturn of the entire market to sell some (at reduced profit, but profit nonetheless) to buy some deeply discounted bargains like ANCOR ;-) This is a great portfolio evaluation period. I think ANCOR will be at 12 before MSFT will be at 270. We'll see--I've been wrong before and I've been right before. The main thing I wanted to say is that I didn't get an angry or disappointed "feeling" from the CC--quite the contrary. This is not hype... listen and judge for yourself. If you disagree, please tell me why. I'd like to hear from you (anyone). VR, Wayne
