Larry King......I don't watch at all.....he's a starfukker. A holdover from days when stars were royalty

Even that is not working - bringing stars to get ratings. He has outlived its usefulness.

My only complaints about CNN....Dobbs is too partisan and Blitzer and Cooper in their effort to be neutral back away from controversy and are too programmed.

I have to admit I rarely see Dobbs. When I have, he's been very partisan. Blitzer I've watched during election returns and am not all that impressed.

I don't watch TV anytime Dobbs or Blitzer are online, but AC's left leanings are not hard to spot, he is certainly not neutral. It would be ok, if he had good guests, but anytime I turned to the show, he has Paul Begala and David Gergen discussing things. Neither is very entertaining or insightful. And they don't generate much of a debate, since they don't differ enough.

Interesting. Gergen is one of the most respected individuals in this country and has worked for both Dem and R administrations. His opinion is very valued. AC makes strong efforts to have both POVs on his show. He has legitimate partisans on his show.....not the weak liberal charicatures that Hannity and O'Reilly drag out. I don't think I have ever heard him voice his own opinion. I am not sure what more you want.....what I suspect is you would like to see is your POV expressed more often and more strongly.......and that ain't going to happen. Sorry.

Having said that, CNN has improved considerably over the last three years and so have its ratings.

I don't know where you get this. From CNN? CNN used to be by far #1, now they are fighting for last place with MSNBC.

I look at the ratings coming out of Neilsen......Fox News is on top but the other cable stations are doing very well. As a minority, wingers have one station and they all flock to it. Liberals and independents have many more choices......so their numbers for any one station will not be as impressive. That doesn't make them losers.

CNN seldom has anyone on who can stand up to the Begala lies. And he does lie like hell. If you have a guy like Gergen -- centrist and honest -- against a guy like Begala, extremist and ruthless liar, then it isn't ever going to be a fair fight.

I did see Liz Cheney shut Begala down one time -- just ran over him with a command of the facts that shocked me she was so impressive. I would love to see Begala on the same screen with a Steve Hayes or Krauthammer.
