amarksp, Sharon Energy (SHY.V) -- key missing component to the valuation of Sharon is, what restrictions do they have on the sale of their MHR stock? I'm pretty sure its restricted stock so they can't sell any of it for at least 6 months. Whether they have contractual restrictions beyond that point is another issue; I'd be surprised if they didn't. I believe you would need to place a significant discount on Sharon's MHR position due to the sale restrictions.
