Considering where they stood after last November and the dull, almost lifeless nature of their congressional leadership, the Reps are desperate for any energy they can get.

But they should be careful with what they're smokin' since it could have some nasty side effects.

Judging from the Lindsey Graham drama, an awful lot of them are Ron Paul Libertarians.
