I have no idea what you're talking about. This number popped up without explanation or attribution in message 7784.

That said, perhaps a personal anecdote might help. Last Thursday, shortly after the market opened, I logged into my on-line brokerage account. It showed my balance, in round numbers, to be roughly -$200 billion. That's billion with a "b", and negative. Needless to say it was a data entry error -- the last reported sale price on an option that I have a short position in had several extra and erroneous zeros at the end. The problem resolved itself quickly.

If you have a problem with a spooky 23 million shares, the first thing to do is to double-check the accuracy of the data.
