Get a clue. The extension of your logic was hypothetical. Nehalem is compelling, therefore Nehalem is anti-competitive, therefore Nehalem is a violation of anti-competitive law. It's not hard to see where your tortured reasoning leads us.

Your continuous references to cherry picked excerpts, while excluding any evidence which may contradict it, is simply a feeble attempt to justify not directly questioning the participants involved. Actually questioning those participants is the last thing AMD and the EUC want because it can do nothing but hurt their case. It could clear up the ambiguity, or confirm that what you claim to be true is true. Too big a chance for them to take voluntarily.
