" I would. If day after day I saw the kind of horrendous violence that blacks perpetrate against other blacks as well as whites, the absolute non-respect for human life, I'm sure I would have an attitude. You could call it racist, or you could call it an attitude based on experience."

my bro is a retired DC cop. During his first month on the job got a call about a shooting. This black guy blew his brother's head off with a shot gun. My bro while putting him into the squad car said, you just blew your brother's head off, the black guy said "he owed me ten bucks what would you have done".

My bro said he saw that stuff everyday, animals

> I've personally seen how police treat minorities.

And how minorities treat white police officers (e.g., Gates). It works both ways because it has little to do with racism.

I see......in your mind, not treating an officer with the kind of respect they expect is the equivalent of beating the sh*t out of someone.

With a mind [yours] who sees things in that way, its not worth arguing.

While there are very infrequent occasions where white officers are racially motivated to mistreat black suspects, it is highly atypical and frankly, an amazing rarity.

Its not that atypical and many incidents are not reported or its the victim's word against the cop's.......and guess who everyone believes.

Blacks make up 14% of the population yet commit over half of all crime. It is not astonishing if black AND white police officers develop attitudes.

Unacceptable. We pay cops good money to do their jobs.....that doesn't include developing attitudes.

I would.

You already have developed an attitude. Poor whitie isn't getting his fair share and is downtrodden. Pure nonsense.

If day after day I saw the kind of horrendous violence that blacks perpetrate against other blacks as well as whites, the absolute non-respect for human life, I'm sure I would have an attitude. You could call it racist, or you could call it an attitude based on experience.

It is racist......because we've seen the violence that whites have perpetrated against blacks and other minorities, and cops and you don't develop racist attitudes against whites. In fact, I bet you've rarely seen any violence perpetrated by blacks against anyone.

the South has the poorest and least educated people in the country.

This is not a correct statement.

For example, in some rankings Arkansas is higher than Washington, Oregon AND California.

morganquitno.com

And as we all know, Arkansas is a far more prosperous state than, for example, California. We have no deficit, and we sure as hell aren't about to go broke. A couple can live a very middle-class lifestyle on 50K/year, probably less. Try that in NYC or CA.

I doubt if you've ever been to Arkansas, I know you haven't spent any time here, and you certainly know nothing about the South.

As usual you haven't the slightest idea what you're blabbering about.

Arkansas went for GW Bush twice. Enough said.
