My installation fee was waived because I already had the FIOS box installed on the house, and I told the lady I was dealing with that I was switching because we are watching pennies. She was really nice. One thing I need to do is call and ask them to send me a hard copy of their program guide. I found it on line, but I'm installing a new printer/fax/copy/scan machine, and for some reason I can't get it to go on line. The manufacturer isn't open till tomorrow and so I have no way to print the guide. Even if I could print, I still want them to send it to me.
