You may be right, but during the Cold War, when we and the Soviets possessed 80,000 nuclear warheads between us, I just as confidently predicted the world would end in nuclear holocaust. It may still. But, at that time, I could not imagine that men of good will on both sides and from both parties here, would reduce our nuclear stockpiles to where we're sitting on less that 10,000 nuclear warheads today. But, it happened. So, the trend is DOWN, not up. At the bottom of down is ZERO. I'm not making any predictions.
