Approaching the company direct is much more costly. If Versa and Luxton successfully negotiate the current course of action they will avoid not only expenses associated with us shareholders but avoid having to pay severences to current employees. I try not rationalize or understand Mr. Luxton's actions as the current strategy is somewhere along the line of "you have to destroy the company in order to save the company."
