Well, Russia and ourselves have seen it in our common interest to reduce our nuclear stockpiles from 80,000 to 10,000. I agree that some countries will have to be forced to lose them. NK, Israel, Pakistan. Some will be GLAD to give them up - Britian. I see how it could be done. Give up your nukes or face a total lock down of foreign trade. If that's not effective, give up your nukes or GET nuked. The Russians, Chinese and ourselves would be the LAST to get to zero.
