This, of course, isn't true. Most get something approaching the $409, although some get as low as $73. The two guys I talked to are both getting "$400"/week. They were doing construction before, I believe.

As to requalifying, they go online and say, "Yes, I'm looking" on a web form. Then, as if by magic, $400 for the next week appears on their debit card and they're good to go. Couldn't be simpler.

Don't argue with me about unemployment you nitwit. I've probably represented more than 100 employers in hearings over the years.
