Arnold,
I doubt that it will be. It has to go through a review process at the federal reserve and then your brokerage firm decides if they will allow it (ususally they do if the fed does). Sometimes the process happens very quickly but it can take weeks. I expect that when the dust settles, it certainly will be marginable.
