I'm sure there were several outstanding bids already placed before the conference. You can bet there was frantic calling to cancel them later yesterday or early this morning. Man I wish I owned November 10 puts. Do you know what these were selling for when it was at 25 not too long ago? Guesses -- Open 13 -- Low (as panic sets in) 6.50 -- Finish (as hope sets in) 9 7/8 I remain, SOROS ps the above goes out the window if the institutions begin a mass dumping at any price -- since this has not been officially called fraud, this may not happen, however pps has Emerald or any one else put out a SELL yet? ppps I just heard from a contact that the hypester in California who pushed this stock has not even updated his SECRET TELEPHONE UPDATE LINE in light of yesterday's NEWS -- what a pathetic, weeny little worm, leaving those people who put trust in him in the dark without even a made-up excuse or apology. I hope they put an end to this charade.
