Bush and cheney let China and Russia get strong You freaking idiot. Russia was cooperating with GWB. It wasn't until it was clear Obama would be elected they started being a PITA again. China "got strong" by trying to be what the U.S. once was. while he destroyed our army and broke our treasury fighting a non necessary brush fire in Iraq because he and and Cheney had some delusion he could steal their oil. LOL. What a dolt. He looked into the eyes of Putin and saw his soul, rememeber? Yeah, and at the same time GWB withdrew us from the ABM with the total cooperation of Russia. Because they knew GWB wasn't going to take any crap off of them. I've seen some really stupid people post here over the years. But you really need to be somewhere else. Even Tejek, Al, and RW -- three of the biggest idiots I've encountered in my life -- know more about this crap than you do.
