Since you still seem to have a problem with English like most Italian immigrants, maybe this helps: I understood the literal meaning and the not so subtle word game you were trying to play with it...it's the argument you are making that escapes me still. Back to the point...Rush Limbaugh accused the Obama administration of proposing digitized/centralized medical records for the purpose of blackmailing citizens into whatever crazy notion was bouncing around his sick head at the time...now what is your point again?
