Foreigners Acquire 73% Of Brazil's PDG Share Offer Article

SAO PAULO (Dow Jones)--Foreign investors purchased 73% of the shares offered by PDG Realty (PDGR3.BR) through a primary and a secondary share offer on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, or BMFBovespa, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

The real estate development company raised 1.06 billion Brazilian reals ($618 million) from the offer. PDG sold a total of 75.6 million shares, with each share priced at BRL14.00. Foreign investors acquired 55.26 million shares under the offer.

BTG Pactual, Itau BBA, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch coordinated the operation.

Foreigners Acquired 72.5% Of Brazil's Rossi Share Offer
SAO PAULO (Dow Jones)--Foreign investors purchased 72.5% of the shares offered by the Brazilian real-estate development companies Rossi Residencial SA (RSID3.BR) through a primary share offer on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, or BMFBovespa, the company said Thursday in a statement.

The company raised 928 million Brazilian reals ($545 million) from the offer. Rossi sold a total of 74.25 million shares, with each share priced at BRL12.50. Foreign investors acquired 53.86 million shares under the offer.

Credit Suisse, Bradesco BBI and Santander coordinated the operation.

Foreigners Acquired 73.85% Of Brazil's Multiplan Share Offer
SAO PAULO (Dow Jones)--Foreign investors purchased 73.85% of the shares offered by the Brazil shopping-mall company Multiplan (MULT3.BR) through a primary share offer on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, or BMFBovespa, the company said Friday in a statement.

The company raised 792.3 million Brazilian reals ($466 million) from the offer. Multiplan sold a total of 29.9 million shares, with each share priced at BRL26.50. Foreign investors acquired 22.08 million shares under the offer.

Banco BTG Pactual, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley coordinated the operation.
