Thank you Amelia! I'm just trying to connect with a hurting friend. We don't come with guarantees, and there isn't one darn thing we can do about that. There is something we can do about how we conduct our lives, and I've seen too many folks ruin themselves over what someone said years before. I think it's important we understand.........they were just words, and that doesn't automatically mean they represent the truth. I'm no prophet, I can't imagine being called stupid, but I know I'm ornery enough to prove that concept wrong if someone said that to me. I also know Ish has already proven his parents were confused and wrong. He just isn't proud about that part..........yet. ;)
