I believe that has already begun.

My brothers played volleyball and ruined their shoulders. One brother has had a complete shoulder replacement with a titanium rod inserted down his arm bone with a ball at the end of it and held by a titanium rotator "cup". He can still shoot in the low 80s. Had to learn to throw with his left hand when his now-grown boys were playing Little League. The other brother is about to also have an operation on his shoulder.

Don't take fish oil but imbibe in glucosamine and the other stuff they put in the bottle. Have to remember to take it though.
